Recipes: Garlic Knots

We have enjoyed making our own dough but for a quick path to comfort food this week we used pizza dough from a local shop and followed the directions suggested for oven temperature and cooking time. Roll dough out evenly and slice into strips, rolling and knotting each piece. Place in a pan with space around each knot to allow for spreading. Chop garlic fine, use olive oil sparingly brushed, and top with garlic. Enjoy
